This is my accountability page. Every day I jog I will post a little story – anything interesting that happened on the jog and a selfie I’ve taken at the end of the jog. My goals here are to first, remove myself from pre-diabetic status; second, reach and maintain my ideal weight of 155 (currently 172); and third to have a collection of 250 selfies on this page on Dec 31, 2017.
